• Notes

  Served in the War of 1812 and was at the battle of Plattsburgh. After the war he settled near Jerico Center, VT where he was a prominent man and representative from Chittenden County in the Legislature for a number of years. When more than 80 years of age he removed with his wife to Butternuts, NY and resided with his son-in-law Edward Converse.
